SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Dispatched in 3-5 Business days. Tracking ID & link is sent on the contact number provided in your order.  Each unit is packed securely with layered packaging to ensure safe damage free transit. In case of any change/update in your address, please reach out to us on WhatsApp : +919527788306

Once your order is shipped, we cannot change/update address. 

We will start shipping international orders soon.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
 

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, tracking information is provided on all orders via email and SMS which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Each unit is processed by hand and can cause a delay of 1-2 days due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, we request your patience. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a courier availability delay due to public holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We STRONGLY recommend recording an unboxing video after the artwork is delivered. In case of damages to the shipment or the artwork we will require the full unboxing video from your end within 24 hours of delivery in order to assess the issue.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
 

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video after the product is delivered.
In case of damages to the shipment or the product we will require the full unboxing video from your end within 24 hours of delivery in order to assess the issue. In case your return is approved, the package/product should be in the described condition along with original packaging & box contents.
We will book a return shipment from our end at no additional cost.

Replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. The total TAT for closing the complaints can go up to 5-7 working days, excluding Sunday and official holidays.

 

RETURNS 

 

Our return policy lasts for 24 hours after your delivery. Any kind of return won’t be considered after this time frame. RETURN / DAMAGED SHIPMENT CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AFTER 24 HOURS POST DELIVERY AND WITHOUT THE PROVISION OF AN UNBOXING VIDEO. 

 

CUSTOMS

 

We currently do not ship outside India. However, as we start shipping internationally, countries other than India may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the PROVOLONE STUDIO warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

 

PROVOLONE STUDIO reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the PROVOLONE STUDIO website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:- Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.- Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.- We are unable to deliver to the provided address.- In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
